Choosing a coffin is one part of the funeral arrangements, and guidance is provided throughout the process. We will explain the options available clearly and help you make a choice that reflects your wishes and practical requirements, without pressure to decide immediately.
At Kieran Bros. Funeral Care we supply a full range of coffins to suit all requirements. A coffin of your choosing can be selected in private from the wide range in display in our coffin showroom. Kieran Bros. Funeral Care stock three ranges of coffins as follows:
Simple, oak veneered coffin, designed to be understated. Flat lid, plain sides, with plastic fittings and a champagne coloured, standard interior.
A plain sided Italian shaped solid poplar coffin, presented with standard interior and handles.
Raised lid plain sided veneered coffin, fitted with plastic handles and a standard champagne interior. Single moulding along the lid and bottom edge.
Standard
Irish made hand woven willow coffin. These coffins are biodegradable and made from natural materials.
Contour panel oak veneered coffin, timber sides, fitted with plastic handles and a standard interior.
Panel oak veneered on timber coffin with last supper features, finished in high gloss and fitted with metal handles and a superior interior.
Superior
Oak veneered coffin with profiled features to coffin sides, fitted with plastic handles and a standard champagne interior.
Solid French pine coffin in a satin finish. Fitted with brass finished metal handles and a superior interior.
Solid Oak panel sided coffin with Celtic Cross lid and side panel engravings. High gloss finish with solid brass metal handles. Superior champagne interior.
A fabulous Irish produced coffin which is made from knotty ash which features many light and dark tones. A hand waxed finish with solid timber bar handles and fitted with a premium quality interior.
Solid European oak, with deep rope carving features and finished in a piano high gloss, with two-tone shading. Fitted with semi-solid brass handles and a premium quality interior.
The Berkeley is hand crafted by Italian Master Craftsmen from solid ash, complemented by walnut wood burl which has been inlaid with hand carved Rose features. Finished in a piano high gloss and fitted with solid brass handles and an exclusive Italian interior.
